Accessibility Statement

OCSAPP aims for compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA.

Our Commitment

We work continuously to improve the accessibility of our platform and to provide an equitable experience for all our users, consistent with:

• Québec's Charter of human rights and freedoms, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability
• Québec's SGQRI 008 web accessibility standard
• The Accessible Canada Act (federal), as a voluntary benchmark for organizations not otherwise bound by it
• The W3C's WCAG 2.0 AA standards

Current Compliance Status: Partial

OCSAPP is partially compliant with WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Areas already compliant include:

• Keyboard navigation on primary pages
• lang attribute present on all pages
• Form labels on authentication forms
• Adequate colour contrast on primary elements
• Bilingual interface (French / English)

Known Limitations

We are actively working to correct the following:

• Some third-party seller-generated product images may lack alternative text
• Some admin interface components are not yet fully keyboard-navigable
